Ingredients:
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp sunflower butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 tsp vanilla
Pinch sea salt
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1-2 tbsp sliced almonds
In a small pot over low heat add coconut oil and sunflower butter until just melted and well combined using a whisk. Turn off stove and add maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Whisk until well blended. Remove from the stove and add cocoa powder mixing to combine with a whisk. Add sliced almonds and stir in with a spoon. In a small 2x5 inch glass dish* (I used a glass Tupperware container), lined with parchment paper, spread chocolate mixture evenly. Place in freezer for 1.5-2 hours. Enjoy in moderation!! : )
* If you want a thinner chocolate bar you can use a slightly larger container and spread the chocolate mixture out more thinly.
