Raspberries
These magnificent berries are an excellent source of vitamin C, manganese, fibre, anti oxidant flavonoids and cancer fighting ellagic acid antioxidant. They are also a good source of B vitamins, B2, folic acid (B9), niacin(B3), pantothenic acid (B5) and B6. Raspberries have very low sugar content and good dietary fibre which makes them an excellent choice for individuals wanting something to calm their sweet tooth and can feel guilty-free eating these beautiful berries as a dessert!
