Ingredients:
2 Kale leaves, washed
1/2 cup Blueberries fresh or frozen
1/2 Avocado
1/4 cup Hemp seeds
1/4 cup Pumpkinseeds
6-8 large Fresh mint leaves
3-4 Dates, pitted
1 cup Almond or coconut milk
1 cup Water
1 1/2 tsp Matcha powder
Add all ingredients into a high power blender and blend on high for about 3 minutes until creamy smooth.
Prep & make time:
Prep ~ 5 minutes
Make time ~ 3 minutes
Total time ~ 8 minutes
Makes about 1 750 ml serving
