This nut & seed butter is to die for! It is an excellent alternative to almond butter or peanut butter!

Ingredients :
2 1/2 cups cashews
1 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp flaxseed oil
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp salt
Place cashews and sunflower seeds in a food processor and blend until finely chopped. Then add oils and salt and process until smooth. Depending on your food processor, you may need to stop it periodically and push down the sides if it builds up too much and stops blending properly. To become smooth you may need to process up to 10-15 minutes. You can stop whenever you are happy with the texture!
Makes about 2 1/2 cups of nut & seed butter.

Prep ~ 5 minutes
Making ~ 15 minutes
Total time ~ 20 minutes
Store in air tight glass jar or container in the fridge for up to 6 weeks.
