You have to try this oh so good energy boosting sweet treat!! Loaded with super food ingredients its great for a quick snack on your outdoor adventure or as a treat after dinner!

Ingredients:
2 cups pecans
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup raisins
1 1/2 cups ground flaxseeds
1/3 cup cocoa
3/4 cup maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp sunflower butter or any other nut or seed butter
1 egg white
In a large bowl add nuts, raisins, ground flaxseeds and cocoa. Mix until well combined. In a sauce pan over medium heat add maple syrup, vanilla and sunflower seed butter. Stir constantly until completely blended together. Pour into bowl of nuts, raisins etc. and mix until well combined. In a small bowl whisk egg white until frothy. Add to large bowl and stir in until well blended. Lightly grease a cookie sheet with coconut oil and using a large spoon shape mixture into clusters about 1.5 inches in diameter. Bake for 15 minutes.
Bake at 350F
Makes about 20-24 cookies
