These delicious mini energy bites are fresh and fruity! Perfect little bit sized healthy treat!!

Ingredients:
1 cup dried mango, chopped and soaked
1 cup shredded coconut, unsweetened
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup sunflower butter
1/4 cup maple syrup
Soak chopped dried mango in warm water for about 10 minutes, then drain. In food processor add mango and shredded coconut. Blend for a few minutes, then add pecans. Blend until pecans are coarsely ground. Add sunflower butter and maple syrup, blend until well combined . Make into small bite size ball and refrigerate for about 1 hour or freeze for about 30 minutes. Store in fridge or freezer.
Makes about 30-36 balls (depending on ball size)

Cooling time ~ 1 hour (30 minutes if in freezer)
Total time ~ 1 hr 25 minutes
