Ingredients: 1/4 cup white onion, chopped 1/4 cup avocado oil 1/2 cup water 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp white vinegar 6 dates, de-pitted 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard 2 tsp potato starch or flour 2 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp poppy seeds Blend first 9 ingredients in blender till smooth. Add poppy seeds and blend lightly till evenly combined. Perfect to serve with greens! Keep in fridge for about 12-14 days. Makes ~ 250ml Prep & making time:
