Creamy Poppyseed Dressing

Creamy, delicious and vegan, perfect for any green salad!!!


~ Vegan & Gluten-Free ~

Creamy poppyseed dressing

Ingredients: 1/4 cup white onion, chopped 1/4 cup avocado oil 1/2 cup water 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp white vinegar 6 dates, de-pitted 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard 2 tsp potato starch or flour 2 tbsp tahini 1 tbsp poppy seeds Blend first 9 ingredients in blender till smooth. Add poppy seeds and blend lightly till evenly combined. Perfect to serve with greens! Keep in fridge for about 12-14 days. Makes ~ 250ml Prep & making time:

Prep time ~ 5 minutes

Make time ~ 3 minutes

Total time ~ 8 minutes Love the Power of Food: Onion This lovely vegetable helps to lower blood sugar levels, lower blood pressure and decrease blood lipid levels. Onions are a very good source of vitamin C, B6, B7, chromium and dietary fibre. They are also a good source for folic acid, Vitamin B1 and vitamin K.
