Looking for a crazy quick and insanely simple dessert to whip up for a special treat? Try this deliciously simple crumble recipe! It's a go-to for me when I'm craving a bit of sweet and have nothing already made to satisfy my craving!
~ Vegan & Wheat-Free ~
Ingredients:
1 large organic apple
3/4 cup frozen blueberries, thawed or fresh
1 3/4 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup coconut flakes, unsweetened
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/ 2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup almond butter
Using large muffin tray place fruit in bottom of 4 cups, top with crumble. Bake at 350F for 20-25 mins until crumble is golden brown, remove from oven and allow to cool for about 5-10 minutes. This allows for apples to soften a bit more. Serve in individual dishes.
