Divine cucumber & celery salad

This salad has a fresh and clean tantalizing taste. It makes an excellent summer dish! Plus celery and cucumber have phytonutrients that help to cleanse your skin!!

~ Vegan & Gluten-Free ~

Apple cucumber salad

Ingredients:

1/2 cucumber, peeled and cubed

4 sticks celery, diced

1 large organic apple, diced

1 green onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

Himalayan Salt to taste

Serves about 2-3

Prep & making time:

Prep time ~ 5 minutes

Making time ~ 2 minutes

Total time ~ 12 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a medium size bowl. Serve chilled. Keeps in refrigerator for about 4-5 days.

Celery is a wonderful food that definitely should not be ignored!! It is an excellent source of dietary fibre , which most people do not get nearly enough. Dietary fibre helps support a healthy digestive system and assists in removing unwanted toxins and waste from the body. This fabulous vegetable is also loaded with many essential nutrients such as vitamin K, C, B2, folate, molybdenum and calcium just to mention a few.
