Ingredients:
1/2 cucumber, peeled and cubed
4 sticks celery, diced
1 large organic apple, diced
1 green onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
Himalayan Salt to taste
Serves about 2-3
Prep & making time:
Prep time ~ 5 minutes
Making time ~ 2 minutes
Total time ~ 12 minutes
Mix all ingredients into a medium size bowl. Serve chilled. Keeps in refrigerator for about 4-5 days.
