A classic buddha bowl dressing with a kick that is perfect for so many salads and more!
~ Vegan & Gluten-Free ~
Ingredients:
2 1inch cubes of fresh ginger, peeled
1 large garlic clove
2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional)
2 tsp tamari
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp sunflower butter or almond butter
1/2 lime, freshly squeezed juice
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
Put all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Makes about 1 cup of dressing

Prep time ~ 5 minutes
Blender time ~ 2 minutes
Total time ~ 8 minutes
