Ingredients:
1 Pear, washed
2cm cube Fresh Ginger, peeled
1/4 cup Hemp heart or hemp seeds
3 Dates
1 cup Spinach or dandelion leaves, washed
1 Celery stick, washed
1 1/4 cup Almond or coconut milk
Add all ingredients into a high powered blender and blend on high for about 3-5 minutes. Consistency should be smooth and creamy!

Prep time: 5 minutes
Blender time: 2-3 minutes
Total time: 7-8 minutes
