Muesli is expensive for what it is!!! So, I created this delicious and super easy recipe which literally cuts the cost of a gourmet muesli to 1/4 of the price!!!

Ingredients:
3 cups rolled oat, barley, spelt mix (Bob's Red Mill is what I use)
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup buckwheat
1/2 cup chopped hazelnuts
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped dates
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Set oven to 325F.
In a large mixing bowl add first 5 ingredients and mix well. Spread evenly on a large cookie sheet and place on middle rack in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and carefully stir mixture to turn over ingredients. Place back in oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and pour back into mixing bowl and add raisins, dates and flaked coconut. Mix together well. Allow to completely cool before storing in airtight glass container.
Lasts for about 12 days in an airtight glass container
Bake at 375F for 30 minutes
Makes about 12 servings
