1 1/2 cups blueberries

In a food processor add all nuts, pumpkin seeds, and coconut and process until small chunks or coarsely ground. Love the power of food:

Nuts & pumpkin seeds

Nuts and pumpkin seeds are jam packed with omega 3 fats, the health promoting fats. Since this dish is all nuts, your body will get a good dose of omega 3's for dessert. These essential fats are vital for healthy skin, a healthy immune system and nervous system, and these are only a few of the many benefits!
