Best vegan butter ever!...... And sooooo easy to make!!
~Vegan & Gluten-Free~
1/2 cup Organic coconut oil
1/2 cup Organic extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Organic flaxseed oil (optional) or add another 1/4 cup of olive oil
1/2 tsp Himalayan sea salt
In a small sauce pan, over medium heat, melt coconut oil until just melted. Remove from heat and add olive oil and flaxseed oil (if you choose to use some). Whisk well. Add salt and whisk again until salt seems to have dissolved. Pour into glass jar with air tight lid. Place in freezer immediately for about 1 hour. Remove from freezer and store in fridge for up to 3 months.
Makes about 1 1/4 cups

Cooling time ~ 1 hour to cool in freezer
Total time ~ 65 minutes
