Bananas
Bananas are an excellent way to naturally sweeten baked goods! And as a bonus they are also packed with health promoting nutrients! This tasty fruit is loaded with potassium, magnesium, vitamin C, B2, B6 and B7 as well as dietary fibre. Due to their high soluble fibre content and high amounts of pectin, bananas help to soothe our gastrointestinal tract and can help to normalize bowel function.
