This is one of my favourites for a light and quick breakfast! It can also be great as a light lunch or mid day snack!

Ingredients:
1 slice Walnut & Oat bread (see my recipe here) or your favourite whole grain bread
1-2 tsp tahini
1/4 avocado
himalayan salt (optional)
fresh ground pepper (optional)
Toast your favourite bread, then spread tahini evenly on toast. Slice 1/4 of an avocado into thin slices. Evenly place slices on toast. Sprinkle with a dash of salt & freshly ground pepper. Enjoy!
