Ingredients:
1 small beet, peeled and cut into cubes
2 medium kale leaves, washed and de-stemmed
1/2 medium apple, washed and de-cored
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups almond milk
3 dates
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth (about 1-2 minutes). Pour into glass and enjoy!
