Let's get you started on the right foot! This 1-1 call will help get you ready to dive right into your program so you feel confident, organized and ready to go! Please book this call AFTER you have watched the introduction video for your program and AFTER you have read through all of the program documents sent to you plus the online program support pages. *If you miss your session, rescheduling may not be possible depending on our calendar availability.
Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY: We have a 24hr cancellation policy for consultation sessions. If you need to reschedule or cancel your online consultation or session please connect with us via email or text no later than 24 hours prior to you scheduled appointment. A refund will not be granted if notice is given less than 24hrs prior to your session, unless we determine an appropriate circumstance qualifies for a full refund or rescheduling.
