Service summary

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM YOUR CONSULTATION: During your initial consultation, we will assess your overall nutritional intake and body systems through a detailed questionnaire you will fill out and submit at least 3 days prior to your session. We will then identify areas needing attention and provide specific recommendations, including any changes in diet and lifestyle that would benefit you and possible additions of supplementation to your routine. We will also discuss key findings from your questionnaire and answer any questions you may have regarding the information you have been given and other health goals you may have. Our consultation will be arranged online on Zoom, but a phone call can be arranged if Zoom does not work for you. ___________________________________________________________________________________ WHAT YOU WILL TAKE AWAY FROM YOUR CONSULTATION: -A detailed summary of our findings -Specific and customized nutrition recommendations -A plan to get you on the right path to reach your health and nutrition goals ___________________________________________________________________________________ WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CONSULTATION? Follow-through and accountability can be challenging for some. Therefore, we offer follow-up sessions if you need continued support and coaching to stay on track. Please contact us via our contact page if you want more information before booking a session. ___________________________________________________________________________________ REQUIREMENTS: We require a MINIMUM OF 7 DAYS between the time you register for your consultation and your selected appointment date. This is required to allow for the necessary time for you to receive your health questionnaire, complete it, submit it, and for us to receive it, review it, and create a plan for you before your scheduled appointment. You are required to submit your completed questionnaire AT LEAST 3 DAYS PRIOR to your scheduled appointment. If we don't receive it in time, your appointment may require rescheduling at our discretion.
